JUST IN: Las Vegas Raiders Fires Two Front Office Veterans Due to Corruption Charges…

Raiders Dismiss Two Front Office Veterans During Organizational Restructure…

The Las Vegas Raiders have continued reshaping their organization this offseason following significant leadership changes initiated by team owner Mark Davis. Davis brought in Pete Carroll as the new head coach and named John Spytek as the team’s general manager.

Rather than overhauling the entire coaching staff and front office, Carroll and Spytek chose to retain some key figures from past regimes. Defensive coordinator Patrick Graham and defensive line coach Rob Leonard remained in their roles, and several front office staffers, including scouts and executives, also stayed on.

Following the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft, however, the Raiders made additional changes. They hired Brian Stark and Johnathon Stigall to join the front office team. To make space, the organization let go of Personnel Coordinator Curtis Knox and Senior Personnel Advisor Shaun Herock, according to a report from Neil Stratton of Inside the League.

Both Knox and Herock are seasoned NFL professionals, but their departure isn’t necessarily negative. While Spytek gave them a fair shot, philosophical differences meant the relationship wasn’t working out, and parting ways was best for all involved.

Las Vegas is clearly entering a new chapter—one that many hope will erase the struggles of recent seasons. While some may be disappointed by the exits, fans are likely to embrace the changes if they lead to a winning team.
