Wisła Kraków remains firm on Kacper Duda—no sale despite lucrative offer
Wisła Kraków has firmly stated that they do not plan to part with Kacper Duda, despite receiving a formal bid worth €500,000 from GKS Katowice, with additional bonuses amounting to €100,000 and a future resale clause. While the offer was financially appealing, the club rejected it, underlining Duda’s importance to their squad and plans for the season.
GKS Katowice’s interest in Duda continues, but a transfer appears unlikely during this summer window unless a significantly improved offer is tabled. The Ekstraklasa side, currently looking to replace Oskar Repka—who recently joined Raków Częstochowa—remains keen, but Wisła is standing firm.
Wisła Kraków began their league campaign on a high note, thrashing Stal Mielec 4-0 in their opening match. With a return to the Ekstraklasa as their primary objective, the season is off to a promising start. However, the departure of Łukasz Zwoliński to a club in Turkey’s second division came as a surprise to many fans, particularly given the team’s already limited squad depth.
Despite growing pressure and external interest, Wisła insists that Kacper Duda will remain with the team this transfer window, reiterating their commitment to retaining key players in their push for promotion.
