Reds Acquire Pitcher Brian Van Belle from Red Sox
The Cincinnati Reds have acquired right-handed pitcher Brian Van Belle from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for cash considerations, the team announced on Saturday.
Following the trade, Van Belle was assigned to Triple-A Louisville. The move comes after the Red Sox designated him for assignment on Wednesday.
